Biography
Adam Collins is Reddit's first Chief Communications Officer, appointed in 2025 and reporting directly to chief executive Steve Huffman. The role established a dedicated chief-level communications function at the company following its 2024 public listing and the heightened press scrutiny that accompanied it. Collins joined Reddit from the Molson Coors Beverage Company, where for more than six years he had served as Chief Communications and Corporate Affairs Officer, helping shape the brewer's strategy, policy, and public messaging. He brings more than two decades of communications experience, including earlier roles in political communications. As Reddit's senior communications executive he is the named figure overseeing the company's external messaging during a period that has included AI data-licensing controversies, litigation against AI firms, and ongoing debates over moderation and the company's relationship with its volunteer moderators.
