Charlton T. Howard III

Charlton T. Howard III served as the Maryland State Prosecutor, leading the independent state office that investigates and prosecutes certain public-corruption and election offences and other matters. In that role his office charged Andrew Bradshaw, then the mayor of Cambridge, Maryland, with distributing nonconsensual intimate images of a former partner, which prosecutors said he had posted to multiple Reddit accounts and subreddits accompanied by degrading captions. Bradshaw pleaded guilty in 2022 to five counts of violating Maryland's revenge-porn statute.
