Biography
Nellie Peshkov is Reddit's Chief People & Culture Officer, having joined the company in 2020, shortly before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped workplaces. She leads Reddit's human-resources and people functions and has spoken publicly about building employee trust and sustaining culture during periods of organisational change and rapid growth. Before Reddit she was vice president of talent at Netflix, where over roughly five years she helped scale the company's workforce across more than twenty offices worldwide. Earlier in her career she led human-resources and global talent-acquisition functions at Electronic Arts and at the security-software company Symantec, accumulating more than two decades of HR leadership experience. As the executive responsible for Reddit's workforce, she has overseen people operations through the company's expansion, its 2024 initial public offering, and the staffing of its commercial and product organisations.
