Patricia Fili-Krushel

Patricia Fili-Krushel is an American media executive who joined Reddit's board of directors in 2022 as an independent director, taking the seat vacated by Sam Altman, and she continued on the board through the company's 2024 public listing. Over a long media career she served as chairman of the NBCUniversal News Group, executive vice president of administration at Time Warner, chief executive of WebMD, and president of the ABC Television Network and ABC Daytime, where she helped launch the talk show The View. Most recently she was chief executive of the global advisory and research organisation Coqual, formerly the Center for Talent Innovation, until 2021. In addition to Reddit she has served on the boards of Chipotle Mexican Grill and Dollar General, and held nonprofit roles including at The Public Theater and PEN America. She is one of the independent voices on Reddit's board.
