Sarah Farrell

Sarah Farrell is an investment professional who serves as an independent director on Reddit's board, having joined as a board observer in 2021 and been elected a full director in May 2024 to a newly created board seat. She is a co-founder and managing partner of the investment firm Waygrove Partnership, and she previously held investment roles at Inclusive Capital Partners, ValueAct Capital, the Blackstone Group, and J.P. Morgan. On Reddit's board she has served on committees overseeing the company's audit and its compensation and talent matters, and she was re-elected at Reddit's 2025 annual meeting, as recorded in the company's filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. As one of Reddit's independent directors she contributes investment and financial-oversight experience to the governance of the company in the period following its public listing.
