Reddit shuts r/jailbait and adopts its first child-protection content rule

After media scrutiny and an incident in which a user solicited illicit images of a minor, Reddit closed the r/jailbait community in October 2011 and, for the first time, instituted a policy prohibiting sexualized content involving minors.
