Reddit introduces a Public Content Policy governing data access

On May 9, 2024, Reddit published a new Public Content Policy stating that commercial and bulk access to its public content now requires a contract, while barring licensed partners from using the data for ad targeting, surveillance, facial recognition, or background checks.
