SEC IPO registration-statement comment-letter review of Reddit

As part of the standard SEC disclosure-review process for Reddit's IPO, the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance issued comment letters on Reddit's draft and public registration statements (Form S-1), and Reddit filed written responses on SEC EDGAR. During the confidential review, Reddit revised its disclosure of key financial and operating metrics, such as daily and weekly active uniques, in response to SEC staff comments filed during the earlier 2022 review. A March 11, 2024 correspondence responded to a March 5, 2024 SEC comment letter on the public S-1, with additional correspondence filed March 18, 2024. The review was a normal compliance process rather than an enforcement action, and Reddit's registration was declared effective for its March 2024 IPO.
